Loyalty Club FAQ
​Welcome to Erik's DeliCafé's Loyalty Club. Following are a list of frequently asked questions.
Don’t worry — your points and rewards are still in your account!
Go to the ☰ menu (hamburger menu) in the app, select Loyalty Account, then login to view your points and rewards.
You can earn points in a few easy ways:
1. Order in the app – Points are added to your account automatically.
2. At the register – Give your phone number when you order, and your points will be added automatically.
3. With your receipt – Go to the ☰ menu (hamburger menu) in the app, select Loyalty Account, then login. Tap Earn Points and enter the barcode number from the bottom of your receipt. The number will expire after 14 days from your purchase.
Go to the ☰ menu (hamburger menu), select Loyalty Account, then login and click on History to view your loyalty history.
For every $1 that you spend at Erik’s you will earn 1 point. You will receive a $10 reward when you have earned 100 points.
16 points. Amounts are rounded to the nearest point amount. For example: amounts from $15.00 to $15.49 would round down to 15 points, but amounts from $15.50 to $15.99 would round up to 16 points.
You can redeem rewards in a few easy ways:
1. In the app – At checkout, select the reward or offer you’d like to use and tap Apply.
2. In-store – Give your phone number at the register. Our team member can see your available rewards and offers and apply them to your order.
3. In-store using the app – Go to the ☰ menu (hamburger menu), select Loyalty Account, then login and click on Redeem or Offers.
Orders from 3rd party providers such as DoorDash or Uber Eats do not qualify for earning points.
Yes. Points will be earned when using a gift card to make a purchase. Points will not be earned when purchasing the gift card.
You can redeem up to $50 rewards per order.
Rewards earned will be valid for 365 days from the date they were earned. You will receive an email notification prior to the expiration date to inform you that your rewards are about to expire.
Go to the ☰ menu (hamburger menu) in the app, then tap Loyalty Account and login. From there, select Profile to update your information.
You can add, edit, or delete a payment method right in the app:
· Add a new card: At checkout, go to the Payment section and tap Add a New Payment Method.
· Edit a card: At checkout, tap Edit under the card you’d like to update.
· Delete or make default: Go to the ☰ menu (hamburger menu), select Account Settings, then choose the card you want to Delete or set as Default.
