Becoming an Erik’s DeliCafé franchisee means joining our family!  Once you become a franchisee, the Erik’s DeliCafé leadership team will be with you every step of the way to select your site, design and build-out the location, develop and implement a pre-launch marketing plan, and post-launch operational support.

There is a four (4) week formal training program at both a classroom and operational level.  We then personally assist you at your new location for up to two (2) weeks to teach you how to manage and succeed in every aspect of your Erik’s DeliCafé.  When you’re ready to open your location, we’ll be there with you on-site to ensure that all gets off to a great start.

Our team understands the demographics for a successful location, and once you become a franchisee, we will help you determine viability of your proposed market.

Consistency, Quality, Service and Integrity is the foundation upon which every Erik’s DeliCafé is built.  Franchisee candidates must also share this commitment and be willing to engage with customers/clients and employees/team members.  We prefer owner operators, but may consider alternatives on a per case basis.  Multi-unit investors must furnish a plan for management infrastructure and growth.

  • Franchise Fee: $35,000
  • Total Investment: $303,500-521,600 (depends on location selection, existing infrastructure/amenities, square footage and market)
  • Royalty: 5% of gross revenue
  • Network Marketing: 2.5% of gross revenue
  • Minimum Financial Requirements:
  • – Liquid Assets: $100,000
  • – Net Worth: $500,000
