Site Selection Assistance
Erik’s is there every step of the way, giving you critical initial advice on site selection, and providing design and layout specifications.
There is a four (4) week formal training program at both a classroom and operational level. We then personally assist you at your new location for up to two (2) weeks to ensure a smooth startup and to establish the standard operating procedures for your new DeliCafé.
Erik’s Support Program
Throughout our business relationship, Erik’s provides field visits, location evaluations, management training, consultation, newsletters and updates of trends and improvements. In addition, we will provide you with a detailed operations manual, proprietary recipes, marketing materials and developed brand system marketing programs.
