Welcome to Erik's DeliCafé's app. Following are a list of frequently asked questions when using Erik’s app.
Don’t worry — your points and rewards are still in your account!
They’re now viewable when you log in to your loyalty account. Go to eriksdelicafe.com/app-login using Chrome, Firefox, or Edge. Safari users may experience login errors — we’re working on a fix! Sign in and you’ll see your current balance, rewards, and offers.
You can earn points in a few easy ways:
1. Order in the app – Points are added to your account automatically.
2. At the register – Give your phone number when you order, and your points will be added automatically.
3. With your receipt – Scan the QR code on the bottom of your receipt or go to https://www.eriksdelicafe.com/app-login using Chrome, Firefox, or Edge. Safari users may experience login errors, which we are resolving soon. Sign in and click Earn Points and enter the barcode number from the bottom of your receipt.
Some users experience a known issue when using Safari. To fix this, try opening the link in another browser, such as Chrome, Firefox, or Edge.
If you see a message about Apple preventing login to third-party websites, follow these steps:
Open the Settings app on your iPhone
Scroll down and tap Safari
In the Privacy & Security section, toggle Off “Prevent Cross-Site Tracking”

We know it’s helpful to see your full order history, and we’re sorry for the change. Right now, the app only shows your online orders. To view all your past purchases, including in-store visits, go to eriksdelicafe.com/app-login using Chrome, Firefox, or Edge. Safari users may experience login errors — A fix is on the way.
For every $1 that you spend at Erik’s you will earn 1 point. You will receive a $10 reward when you have earned 100 points.
16 points. Amounts are rounded to the nearest point amount. For example: amounts from $15.00 to $15.49 would round down to 15 points, but amounts from $15.50 to $15.99 would round up to 16 points.
Yes. Points will be earned when using a gift card to make a purchase. Points will not be earned when purchasing the gift card.
You can earn and redeem rewards in two easy ways:
1. In the app – After logging in, points will be automatically added to your account after you have placed your order. To redeem, at checkout, select the reward or offer you’d like to use and tap Apply.
2. In-store – Give your phone number at the register. Points will be automatically added to your account after you have placed your order. To redeem, our team member can see your available rewards and offers and apply them to your order.
You can redeem up to $50 rewards per order.
Rewards earned will be valid for 365 days from the date they were earned. You will receive an email notification prior to the expiration date to inform you that your rewards are about to expire.
Go to https://www.eriksdelicafe.com/app-login, then log in. From there, select Edit Profile to update your information. Safari users may encounter compatibility issues. Please try a different browser.
You can add, edit, or delete a payment method right in the app:
· Add a new card: At checkout, go to the Payment section and tap Add a New Payment Method.
· Edit a card: At checkout, tap Edit under the card you’d like to update.
· Delete or make default: Go to the ☰ menu (hamburger menu), select Account Settings, then choose the card you want to Delete or set as Default.
