What information do we collect?
Erik’s only collects information that visitors to our website voluntarily provide.  You may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information.  Such information is for Erik’s Email Club, online ordering, customer feedback and various promotions.  Some of these offered services will take you to a trusted third-party provider.  Please see below for more information pertaining to these services.  

What is your information used for?
The information Erik’s collects from our customers may be used in one of the following manners:
-    To improve customer service; your information and customer feedback helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs.
-    To process transactions: when ordering Erik’s online, your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
-    To administer a contest, promotion, survey or other site feature.
-    To send periodic emails to members of Erik’s Email Club.

If you do not wish to receive such telephone calls, please let us know by not selecting this option in your Profile Page or emailing us at any time.

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will contact you before we use your data for these new purposes to notify you of the policy change and to provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses, we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses. In addition, an email may be sent to inform you of these policy changes and give you the option to opt-out of any services that affect you with these changes.
