How do I register my Erik's Pot Belly Perks Loyalty Club Card?

Enter your fourteen (14) digit Card Number located on the bottom right of the back of your card (single space)
Enter your Last Name
Click "Submit"
It may take approximately 3-5 seconds for the page to load.
You will be taken directly to the Profile Page where you will be asked to complete your Registration (please note: all information is private and shared with no one)
I receive this message when trying to register my Erik's Pot Belly Perks Loyalty Club Card: We're sorry, our system indicates that you are trying to register a card that does not exist, please check the number and try again, or contact us for assistance.

I registered my Erik's Pot Belly Perks Loyalty Club Card online, but did not receive 25 Free Points
Your 25 Free Points will be added on your next visit to Erik's when you use your Card
If you visited Erik's after registering your Card and did not have 25 Free Points added to your Card, please Contact Us
What does Your Number of Queued Rewards Mean?
Your Numer of Queued Rewards are Perks that have been received as a result of having points added to your Pot Belly Perks card by our Corporate Office staff. This includes Perks received by combining two or more Pot Belly Perks cards together or having points manually added to your account after a purchase. Queued Rewards will only become available after the card has been swiped again at any Erik’s DeliCafe location. Once the card has been swiped, these Queued Rewards will become available for use as Perks.
Please remember that your Queued Rewards will not show up on your account balance as Perks until your card has been swiped in store.

I forgot my Erik's Pot Belly Perks Loyalty Club Card when I visited Erik's, how do I get my Points?
If you had registered your Card online prior to your visit, then please provide the Erik's Team Member with your Last Name or Phone Number
Your Card Number can be looked up in store and assigned to your Order!
If you had not registered your Card, please Contact Us with the date and location of your visit and we will be happy to add the Points
I had ninety-eight (98) points when I visited Erik's. After I placed my order and received seven (7) points, my balance reset to zero (0). What happened to my Points?
Your Points balance resets to zero (0) once you have reached one-hundred (100) points
If your balance went over one-hundred points, you should have received a receipt after your Card was swiped congratulating you for receiving 10 Perks
Your Perks can then be used on your next visit to Erik's
In the above example, your new balance would be five (5) points, with ten (10) Pot Belly Perks "Rewards"
On your next visit, let an Erik's Team Member know that you have Perks to use!
I registered my Erik's Pot Belly Perks Loyalty Club Card online, but how do I check my balance?
After you have Logged In you should be taken directly to your Perks Reward Summary page
Your Perks Reward Summary page should list your Pot Belly Perks Points under Your Pot Belly Perks Balance and your Pot Belly Perks Rewards under Your Perks Balance
If you have navigated away from the Perks Reward Summary screen, please click the green REWARDS link on the left of the page
