At Erik's, our uncompromising Corporate Values of Quality, Consistency, Service and Integrity is the foundation upon which every Erik's DeliCafé is built. These important values have been carried over to our franchise program.

At Erik's, we believe that, in order to grow successfully, we must have the ability to support that growth. And we believe in offering a quality franchise program, in which we do everything we can to make our franchise "partners" successful.

We begin, as we should, at the beginning, with site selection assistance. Erik's is there, every step of the way, giving you critical initial advice on site selection, and providing design and layout specifications.

There is formal training at both a classroom and operational level that will consist of four weeks.  Your training will consist of two weeks at the field level and two weeks at our corporate office which will cover your administrative/accounting training.  Prior to the opening of your DeliCafe, we also will assist you in the training of your Team Members which will consist of seven days of formal classroom training.  We then personally assist you at your new location for up to two weeks to ensure a smooth startup, aid you in learning operations and assist you in establishing the standard operating procedures for your new DeliCafe.

Throughout our business relationship, Erik's provides field visits, location evaluations, management training, consultation, newsletters, and updates of trends and improvements. In addition, Erik’s will provide you with a detailed operations manual, proprietary recipes, marketing materials and developed brand system marketing programs.

In addition to your operations support, Erik’s will provide you lease and construction assistance for your location. Our support system during the construction phase of your project will assist you with a time line calendar so that all of your timelines are met.
